Representative Finkelstein brought up reconsideration of the vote on           
CSHB 197(RES) (page 959).                                                      
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 197(RES)                                                
"An Act providing for exploration incentive credits for activities            
involving locatable and leasable mineral and coal deposits on                  
certain land in the state; and providing for an effective date."               
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CSHB 197(RES) pass the

Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the

House adopt the Resources Committee Letter of Intent (page 843).
